Technical Customer Service Technicians (2)

Requirements:
BS Degree in Engineering. Customer Service Background. Customer Problem Resolution Experience.

Job Duties:
The Technical Customer Service Technician will require the highest degree of teamwork, communication, and commitment in implementing practices, policies, systems, and services that support the urgency in dealing with customers on a day-to-day basis. Candidate must display a high sense of urgency and ownership, supporting all initiatives to help grow company's business in the U.S. and abroad.  Individual must respond to diverse customer needs (primarily technical related) through effective telephone and written correspondence. Provide support to Team Leads and execute necessary reporting responsibilities and perform related field reporting problem analysis. Selected candidate must demonstrate a sense of  helpful demeanor with all internal and external customers. Responsible for replacement or warranty parts Order Entry.  Ideal candidate will be currently working or has worked as a Customer Service Technician. Engineering related degree is required.
