Their diverse workforce of highly talented and skilled individuals is committed to consistently meeting customer expectations with high quality, complex subsystems and complete systems.  They are presently seeking a seasoned Technical Sales Engineer to support their Medical Imaging business. You will serve as the primary sales and technical interface between a major OEM account and corporate headquarters by identifying customer requirements, jointly defining solutions and communicating these solutions to customer’s technical development and management teams.  Will assist customers in all technical discussions, while meeting yearly sales objectives.  This position is based in Wisconsin and reports to corporate headquarters requiring 25% - 30% travel. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITITES:  aggressively pursue sales and business development opportunities within a defined OEM customer base and/or geographical area to achieve yearly sales goals, increase market share and maximize profits.  Build solid relationships within defined customer account to gain a thorough understanding of customer’s products, current requirements and future product roadmaps; communicate customer requirements based on company’s product portfolio and development capabilities; clearly communicate proposed solutions to customer’s technical and management groups; utilize internal engineering, sales and management personnel as necessary to meet and exceed defined objectives; assume major OEM account management responsibilities from a technical, commercial and operations standpoint; serve as primary technical interface to ensure customer’s questions, needs and requests are promptly addressed; Provide customer support in all areas regarding the use of company’s products in the OEM system environment; communicate relevant market and customer feedback to corporate engineering, sales and management groups.  EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: -Five plus years experience in the medical imaging equipment, namely MRI or   CT development, application or sales  -BS/BA in a Technical Field or an equivalent combination of education and  related business experience-Demonstrated technical understanding of medical imaging systems and  principles-Proven ability to establish, grow and maintain external customer relationships  -Strong verbal and written communication skills-Team player, with the ability to work independently Compensation: Generous base salary, bonus and benefits -EOE-  MRINetwork is the largest and most successful search organization in the world.
