Due to tremendous growth in our sales organization, we are in need of a Technical Sales Representative for our Audio / Video team at our Headquarters here in Dayton, OH. The primary responsibilities of the Technical Sales Rep include fielding inbound calls, handling customer service inquiries and selling all distributed products. The TSR will provide excellent customer care and pre-sales technical support services for connectivity, via telephone, electronic e-mail, and chat.



Requirements
- One year customer service experience.
- 1-2 years previous sales experience.
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in the Audio / Video / Telecom industry preferred.
- Associate's degree desired.
