Seeking a dependable Technical Sales Support Representative II

Responsibilities:

•Provide technical support for all products to the end customer and all parties in the distribution chain (agents, distributors, showrooms, integrators, builders, electrical contractors, architects, electrical engineers and other specifiers.
•Provide application engineering support as required.
•Provide assistance for system commissioning and trouble-shooting.
•Assist the field service team with field service support on existing product lines.

Requirements:

•Minimum 3 years experience in the electrical industry.
•Extensive understanding of residential and commercial wiring practices (hands-on preferred).
•Excellent verbal communication skills (primarily over the phone).
•Extensive understanding of control systems (dimming, energy management and lighting controls).
•Degree and/or sufficient experience preferred.
