Technical Servicd Rep/ Hotline

Noritsu America Corporation, the leader in the manufacturing of One Hour Photo Finishing equipment, has imediate openings for Technical Service Representatives on our Hotline in our Corporate office in Buena Park, CA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.  Provide telephone (Hotline) assistance to Noritsu customers in installation, maintenance and operation of  Noritsu products.

2.  Take phone parts orders and imput into Navision software.

3.  Maintain close communication with customers and Noritsu departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

4.  Prepare and submit timely activity reports.

5.  Represent Noritsu in a professional manner.

6.  Promote product sales and maintain technical knowledge of all Noritsu products.

 

REQUIREMENTS:  Experience and/or education in the following areas:

 

1.  Must have 2+ years of Photo Processing experience.

2.  Mechanical aptitude and a basic understanding of electronics and electrical schematics, knowledge of

operation of basic tools and electrical test equipment, and excellent verbal and written 

   communication skills. 

3. Trade school covering electro-mechanical courses and/or photo processing courses.

 OR,

 H.S. education and a minimum of 1-2 years lab maintenance exp. with photographic printers or processors.

 4. Minimum of 1 year customer experience. 

5. Must be able and willing to travel.as necessary.
