Technical Services

Principal Accountabilities:

Process customer orders and quotes for all Flowserve products on a daily basis in a timely manner. Be able to interpret with other departments throughout the building as well as outside. Ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring the right part is provided to the customer the first time. Assess records consisting of engineered drawings, BOM’s, etc. to ensure accuracy. Train and guide others when necessary to promote a cross-trained department. Lead continuous improvement initiatives in an effort to make Technical Services processes more efficient and productive.

Qualifications:

An Associates of Science degree and or work experience leading to a proficiency with drawings, mechanical assemblies, material specifications, manufacturing and machining processes. The right candidate will have strong computer proficiency including Microsoft Office products. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing accuracy of work as well as a strong commitment to continuous improvement is essential. The ideal person for this position will have a proven desire to learn and a strong sense of ownership for the work they do.
