We are looking to fill the following full time position:

 

Technical Supervisor

 

Individual will be responsible for reviewing the production schedule and adjusting the line capacity to meet customer demand using lean manufacturing principles; writing manufacturing instructions and training operators to ensure high quality product assembly; performing component level analysis on problematic products to identify root causes and implement permanent corrective actions; driving improvements and measuring performance in the areas of safety, quality, delivery and costs to meet set targets; and supporting engineering in the release of new products through process development and troubleshooting any product manufacturing issues.

 

Qualifications include:

§  4 year technical degree is preferred

§  3 years of experience in electronics or electromechanical manufacturing

§  Experience in driving quality and safety to all levels in the organization

§  Experience in workstation layout, shop floor layout, and lean manufacturing
