Lead Customer Technical Support for Truck National Accounts ' Direct customer support of technical issues ' Collaborate/coordinate with Distributor/DFSE, Service Eng ' Use 6 Sigma methodology and 7-Step Problem Solving ' Develop / provide fleet training programs ' Manage customer soft failures ' Provide infant care support for 2007 truck engines 2. Proactive Relationships with key National Accounts ' Develop relationship with key contacts at truck national accounts ' Provide input to truck National Account plans ' Execute Customer Focused 6 Sigma projects ' Work with key customers to maximize the value of engine feature and parameter settings ' Use RLS and reliability database to manage top product issues for key fleets ' Manage and track Proactive Support Plans and field action . Improve campaign effectiveness at customer fleets ' Execute fuel economy investigation/proactive improvement 3. Customer Support Excellence ' Provide arbitration for customer disputes ' Be the customer to factory liaison whenever needed ' Work with customers to know their issues ' Provide responsiveness to customer issues and corrective action ' Develop relationships with OEM counterparts Provide technical support for customer issues in on-highway, bus, and off-highway markets ' Provide customer and fleet support that provides value to their business 4. Make the Western Division a great place to work ' Actively support the efforts of diversity and teamwork Implement CSE objectives - Through the Lens of the Customer ' Proactively receive training based on job requirements and skills matrix 5. Make the local community a better place to live.
