Technical Support Representative

ISCAR METALS, INC., a dynamic and innovative company in the cutting tool industry, has an immediate opening for a Technical Support Representative in our Arlington, TX office.

Technical Support Representative - The ideal candidate is someone with a machining background who is ready for a solid 8-5 / Monday through Friday position in a clean and friendly office environment - where you can share the machining knowledge you’ve gained over the years by assisting customers with speed, feed and carbide grade recommendations as well as practical machining practices.



Qualification:

 Practical hands-on working knowledge of carbide cutting tools  CNC programming Basic computer skillsAbility tocommunicate effectively over the phone
