Technical Assistant

Perform customer service and administrative duties for the Technical Department including telephone support, data entry, processing Requests for Warranty Forms, updating reports from field tech reps, and updating paperwork from applicants and signed warranties from building owners. Will maintain pending numbers for all prospective projects, generate database reports, enter/track Warranty Dept. material orders, and support Warranty Dept. as needed. Requires an organized individual with excellent communication skills.
