Brief Description of Job:Among other items, the successful applicants for these temporary positions will be expected to clean various areas throughout the brewery (this will include cleaning offices in the Company's corporate building and the Milwaukee Brewery). The successful applicants must know how to operate various cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers / strippers and carpet cleaners. The successful applicants must have experience in good housekeeping and cleaning techniques. The openings will most likely be on 2nd shift and will include overtime and weekend hours as required. All job candidates must be capable of lifting 50 pounds (with or without reasonable accommodations). Position Requirements:The successful candidates must be able to work in a team environment, possess strong interpersonal skills, challenge the status quo, and function well within the core value matrix. The successful applicants must have solid communication skills and the potential to deal with all levels of plant and corporate personnel.All candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screening test and physical and written skill assessment test.
