Territory Sales Manager

Duties/Responsibilities:

·  Plan, organize, maintain, develop, and grow a volume driven and profitable base of up to 80 target and core dealers.

·  Assist and Coordinate with each A Plus Dealer a sales, marketing, and advertising plan utilizing opportunities and initiatives of the A Plus Dealer program.

·  Communicate timely forecasted sales by dealer monthly to designated Branch Manager.

·  Develop and maintain a profitable business skill set for each A Plus Dealer.

·  Develop and manage expenses within budget restrains.

· HVAC industry experience a plus 

Educational / Experience requirements:

·  Some College Coursework preferred
