Summary:  Selling belts, hoses, hydraulics, power steering, water pumps and other products to all levels of distribution in the Automotive Aftermarket. 

 

Duties and Responsibilities:  Develops and maintains customer base through needs based selling and prospecting.  Delivery of outstanding custom service through customer centered sales. Ability to develop rapport with client management and maintain strong working relationships. Other sales related duties may be assigned. Some overnight travel will be required within a 200 mile radius of Minneapolis, Mn.

 

Skills:  Excellent verbal communications with strong phone skills and ability to be persuasive.  Must be self-motivated, computer literate and have the ability to resolve problems and in a timely manner.

 

Education and Experience: A bachelor degree is preferred. Training in sales-service and merchandising techniques provided.

 

Income:         Salary of $38,000 and bonuses.
