Territory Service Manager Delaware, Southern NJ

Description:Eaton Corporation located Delaware, Southern New Jersey or South East Pennsylvania has an opening for Territory Service Manager (TSM). The Territory Service Managers (TSM) primary goal is to manage RoadRanger Field Marketings (RFM) regional service objectives by providing "RoadRanger System" product service and support to all of their customers within an assigned territory. The TSM will function as a team with the Territory Sales Manager (TM) to establish positive customer relationships to ensure profitable market share of TCO and Dana CVSD products. In addition to providing service/support, the TSM will be required to conduct applications training to customers to maintain and grow spec market through Pull-Thru marketing. Essential functions include:A. Implement service action plans to reach market share goalsB. Timely resolution of customer complaints; Policy/Warranty commitment processing within 10 daysC. Develop and maintain effective customer relationshipsD. Implement new product training to coincide with introduction of new productsE. Manage training needs of dealer service personnel ensuring adequate class sizeF. Manager customer support and good will budgets to meet region guidelinesG. Manage territory expense budget as established by region managerH. Assure reliability of CIS2 and RWS systemsI. Operate the territory in a safe manner in accordance with all safety guidelinesJ. Responsible to write bi-weekly customer contact reports and to communicate appropriate business intelligence using EBS/EBE processesK. Monthly report out on AOR business statusL.
