Toolmaker Skills Required: Toolmaker, Plastic Injection Molding, EDM, mold design Job Description: Location: SALT LAKE CITY, UT Salary Range: $40,000 - $55,000 Toolmaker - Injection Mold Builder - CNC Mold Maker Are you a tool maker, jig & fixture builder, tool builder or mold maker? Read on! We are in search of Tool Maker to join a long standing reputable Injection Mold Building Company located in Salt Lake City, UT. You will be a machinist/toolmaker for busy mold shop. Jigs, fixtures, molds, dies, EDM, CNC, grinding, precision machining. What you need for this position: - 8+ years experience specific to tool making and mold making. - Build, repair, and modify molds, jigs, fixtures, and machine custom components. - Must have operational knowledge of all manual tool room equipment. - CNC machining experience is helpful, but not required. - Must be able to work independently without the aid of prints or dimensions. - Mold DESIGN experience preferred. - Ability to accurately estimate and quote jobs is desired. - Wire EDM expertise a plus.
