Caraco Pharmaceutical Laboratories, Ltd., www.Caraco.com, is a strongly successful, growing generic pharmaceutical manufacturer located in and committed to the City of Detroit and the State of Michigan.We’re actively seeking supervisors for our production facility in Detroit, MI who have the ability to direct and provide leadership for our team. Positions may be available on all shifts, but our immediate focus is to bring depth to our second and third shift operations.


Experience in a union environment is a strong plus, as is knowledge of lean manufacturing, an ability to deal effectively in a developing and changing environment, and a strong aptitude for “the numbers”.
What our Candidate will bring with them: An appropriate college degree, in process is acceptable. A demonstrated commitment to ongoing development in the field. A minimum 5+ years of experience in manufacturing supervision, materials management and some exposure to QS, ISO or cGMP. Experience in SOP interpretation and dissemination "as well as basic computer skills" Strong writing and oral communication skills. Exceptional interpersonal skills and a commitment to professionalism, integrity and team. Flexibility and willingness to work overtime as may be required.
