This position is responsible for providing pre- and post-order sales support to customers and to the local sales team. Will also develop existing accounts by providing information on products and programs offered by the company to the customer. Responsibilities include:
- Handle incoming customer requests for quotes and product information (equipment specifications, applications and accessories)
- Accurately interpret customer needs and work with customer and outside sales team to offer appropriate solutions to satisfy requirements
- Ensure timely order processing and confirmation of orders
- Order Entry
- Manage assigned customer orders from origination to delivery
- Provide post-sales follow up as required
- Work with customers, outside sales and internal/external suppliers to resolve issues as they arise
- Work with outside sales to take off and submit job quotes
- Provide competitive analysis to outside sales resulting in dealer acquisition




AA/AS degree w/2-5+ years experience is required.
BA/BS degree w/1-3+ years experience preferred.


- Proven customer service skills
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, products and markets
- Exceptional communication skills complete with ability to follow through
- Ability to develop and nurture positive customer relations; anticipate; identify and respond to customer needs; and ensure customer loyalty
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem solving skills
- High sense of urgency
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of HVAC Partners and NxTrend a plus
- Professional phone etiquette including knowledge of customer service techniques, strategies and approaches
