Trainer Summary

Our client is seeking a Trainer to join their St. Cloud, Minnesota facility.

This role is to partner with other Trainers and Business Managers to be responsible for all training of production & operations teams to determine training for individual or orientation training.

To be successful in this role, you must have training experience from manufacturing, technical and/or production environments. You also must  have worked with management teams and a non-exempt employee population.
