Experienced Black Belts will be capable of leading projects that contribute at least $ 1MM incremental profit per year. Bachelor's Degree preferably in Engineering or Business, or equivalent level of work experience. Minimum of 3 years of professional level experience. Prior supervisory experience a plus. Should have knowledge of other functions that provide inputs regularly, ie. Product Development, Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Finance, Human Resources and Operations.
