VP and Branch Manager

Building and delivering on strategic business plans for region.
Achieving sales, profitability, cash flow, and business goals and objectives for the branch.
Utilizing business acumen to make effective business decisions relative to branch operations. Acting as an entrepreneurial leader.
Understanding and implementing market and channel strategies to maximize business unit and enterprise growth opportunities.
Effectively prioritizing, categorizing, and targeting customer types and key customers within markets.
Providing day-to-day leadership and management.
Building a sales force with a strong solutions-selling focus with an IR enterprise perspective. Driving cross selling of products, services, and solutions.
Maintaining and developing strong communications with end user customers, distributors, major accounts, product personnel and all levels of management.
Guiding, coaching and motivating direct reports and team members.
Fostering a success-oriented, accountable environment, which drives employee engagement.
Attracting, selecting, training, assessing, developing and retaining high performing employees.
Managing in a union environment and ensuring safety and environmental policies and procedures are implemented
