We are an equal opportunity employer. Purpose:To manage NPI projects, for a given engine/turbocharger range. Critique and recommend improvements to VPI and APQP process. Share best practices with other programme managers and leaders. To do this will require the leading of a cross-functional and sometimes international team with a minimum of direct management. Team will normally be made up of non-direct reports.
