Develop high-level contacts with targeted companies and manage the relationship, monitoring customer satisfaction on an on-going basis. Lead specially formed “Business Win Teams” incorporating both Sales and Operations professionals to achieve both “actual OEM divestitures” and “virtual OEM divestitures” where the OEM outsources their manufacturing to Sanmina-SCI’s operations. Generate proposals that incorporate effective “Value Propositions” and negotiate agreements utilizing existing Corporate Development and other key personnel as assigned to the Business Win Team(s). Develop, draft and execute capture plans and decision briefs. Establish strategic business plans to ensure that our sales and revenue targets are clearly met while helping customers achieve their business objectivesCollege degree in Business Management required, MBA preferred. 15 years or more progressively responsible business development experience to include Investment Banking experience. Requires demonstrated competence in market research, business evaluation and operations, financial analysis, acquisitions and planning. Strong negotiating skills. Proven track record in negotiating major business transactions. Successful track record of growing and leveraging relationships. Outstanding verbal communication skills including the ability to articulate innovative and creative methods of presenting solutions to target companies. Articulate, bright, high-energy and capable of working effectively in a lean, fast paced environment. Strong analytical skills. Location: Northern California (Bay Area)Please refer to job description.
