Next Generation Wiring Device Project
This newly created position will lead a cross functional team charged to deliver a revolutionary change the electrical wiring devices industry. The initial focus will be creating a 3 year road map including project scope definition, team formation, market research, budgeting and creating a time line and marketing plan from concept to world class product launch.
The Vice President - Marketing, Program Director will work closely with marketing, engineering and industrial design leaders. You will energetically and visibly lead the introduction of a new line of products that will change the market and lead a consumer driven desire for the Legrand look, feel and functionality. This marketing effort will create a line of products that leverages Legrand’s European design strength and raises awareness of Legrand as an innovator in North America. We will be giving our channel partners the opportunity to improve sales and margin, reducing installation time for electricians, creating new excitement for Legrand’s product offerings and everything must be done with these traditional partners in mind. Ultimately, the electrical wiring industry will consider this to be the tipping point for bringing highly desirable, stylish, cutting edge designs to US homes and raising the bar on the competition to rise to new levels set by Legrand.

10+ years marketing experience required, with success leading a marketing effort, new product, advanced marketing or start up. Experience working across brands for a single effort, managing divisional or multi-company efforts. Prove track record creating and executing a successful marketing campaigns. Exposure to building products industry where marketing through channels of distribution and retail.
