Vice President of Acquisitions and Alliances

Pall, the largest and most diverse filtration company in the world, has opportunities available for a Vice President of Acquisitions and Alliances.

 


The VP of Acquisitions and Alliances will:

 Support the work of Strategic Planning and Business Development (SPBD) Acquisitions and Alliance office (80%)Define acquisition strategies and characterize opportunities for senior management evaluation.Perform research and analysis required to support the work of the office.Prepare presentations and communicate analyses and recommendations to decision makers.Build world-class processes for pre, during and post-acquisition phases.Manage/lead assigned projects during pre, during and post-acquisition phases.Perform other functions as required by the SPBD group (20%)

 

Skill Set/ Requirements:

 BS or higher degree, MBA or advanced degree preferred.Experience in the following areas: M&A strategy, due diligence, post-merger integration gained through investment banking, consulting or other operational experience.Strong quantitative and financial analysis ability.Ability to structure and solve complex problems.Ability to build and manage cross functional and cross cultural teams.Ability to synthesize information and communicate clearly in written and oral form with senior level decision makers.Creativity and flexibility. Fluent in English.
