Customer Service Warehouser 1

 

Alpha Technologies Services, a member of the Alpha Group, which provides world-class powering solutions, seeks a Customer Service Warehouser 1 for its facility in Garland, TX. 

 

Summary:

Performs the physical and administrative tasks involved in the shipping and receiving of customer goods being processed for repair and/or restocking; maintains proper inventory levels and organizes customer service repair parts. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

§ Process shipping documents, package product for shipment

§ Receive incoming items and process RMA paperwork

§ Maintain records of receipt and disposition

§ Monitor and maintain customer service repair parts and spare inventory levels

§ Monitor and maintain levels of packaging materials

§ Inspect materials; may reject receipt of damaged or materials not ordered

§ Research and resolve questions regarding location of materials

§ Provide status and information to management on all materials and traffic issues

§ Unload/load trucks, and move materials in the warehouse using forklift

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:  High School Diploma or Equivalent

Experience:1 to 2 Years warehousing, shipping, and receiving

 

Requirements and Skills: 

Ability to meet expected 100% attendance

Will work on-site (no tele-commuting)

Ability to follow written and verbal directions in the English language

Ability to speak/read/write English

Detail Oriented

Strong organizational skills

Work well under pressure

Current driver’s license and acceptable driving record

 

PC Application Skills:

Word Basic

Excel  Basic

Outlook  Basic

Keyboarding Skills Basic 

 

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:

 Prior forklift skills

 Prior SAP experience
