Warehousing Distribution Operations Manager

Major Retailer seeks a Warehousing Distribution Operations Manager in Baltimore.  This position will be responsible for the overall management of our distribution center operations.  Will have between 4 and 7 first line supervisors reporting directly to you.  There are between 100 and 150 warehouse workers covering between 500 and 750 thousand square feet.  The ideal candidate will be able to thrive in a profitable yet relatively manual environment.  They will be an educated, progressive thinker that is able to effectively coach, train, motivate, manage and keep current employees informed and happy.  Optum experience is a plus.  Our compensation package includes a competitive base salary, a bonus and stock options.  Full relocation will be provided for the right candidate.  Succesful candidates have come from companies such as JC Penney, Frito Lay, Limited, Gap, UPS, Target and Kohls.  Please email your Word version resume to bmills@csisearch.com Who We Are: CSI Search is the professional recruiting arm of The CSI Companies.
