Flowserve is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to be a part of our Information Technology team. This individual will be significantly involved with projects, systems, and applications utilized by our company.

Position Duties:
• Work closely with other IT groups and customers to gather the infrastructure and middleware requirements of the applications.
• Provide the liaison between the development teams and server administration teams as it relates to web based applications.
• Installation and configuration of the production ready applications into the Client’s production environment to support the production applications.
• Provide debugging of J2EE application issues and some minor IIS admin.
• Provide technical expertise regarding the implementation of the middleware applications.
• Develop and set standards for supporting of Middleware.
• Mentors less experienced team members.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Websphere admin (WAS, Portal, Commerce) – 5 years.
• Vignette CMS admin– 3 years.
• J2EE – 5 years.
• LINUX – 5 years.


Additional Skill Requirements:
• Knowledge in the configuration and customization of J2EE frameworks (Websphere, Weblogic, Tomcat, JBOSS) and other Open Source tools.
• Vignette admin experience.
• Unix and Windows Operating System knowledge.
• Understanding of Network and firewall components.
• Understanding of Load Balancing products.
• Independent worker.
• 5+yrs of related IT experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
