MARINE SERVICE WRITER/COORDINATOR

 

Position: MARINE SERVICE WRITER/COORDINATOR:

 

 

We are looking for a dependable, experienced, dynamic, energetic, self motivated, individual to oversee the Diagnosis, Repair, Prep, and Recondition of our new, used, and customer's boats in the range of 17'-30'.

 

 

Responsibilities:

Customer Service, Ensure work product and Processing work orders, Warranty Administration.

Supervise 1-6 employees, maintain a clean and orderly service, parts, and warranty departments.

 

Requirements:

 Exceptional Customer Satisfaction skills.Good time management.Excellent computers skills.3-5 Years boating experience.Preferable with Factory training in stern Drives, and outboard Engines.but not necessaryOrganized, with a strong attention to details. · Excellent people skills.· Self- starting and a team player.
