MarineMax, the world’s largest and most successful marine retailer, is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to help us "Deliver the Dream" for a location in Minnesota. While MarineMax represents only premium brands such as Sea Ray, Bertram, Ferretti, Meridian and Boston Whaler, our focus is not on "selling" boats, but on selling the exciting "experience" of boating.

The Parts Manager is responsible for selling marine equipment and supplies such as fixtures, pumps, instruments, cordage, paints, motor parts, and water sport equipment and other accessories. The Parts Manager provides exceptional customer service and oversees parts staff. All new Parts Manager's will be afforded a hands-on comprehensive training program (depending on experience) to learn every facet of our parts and accessories operations followed by a profit center assignment.

Individuals we seek are "A" players – best in the class. Ideal candidates will be high-energy professionals, friendly and upbeat, experienced running a busy parts and accessories department in a retail operation with a strong customer relationship component and be motivated for success! Close attention to detail and process driven with strong leadership ability are a must!

Our sales and service philosophy is based on building relationships based on integrity and trust. We want an individual who will excel in three key areas: team leadership, extreme customer satisfaction and focus on shareholder profitability. Marine industry experience and a passion for boating are a plus! Willingness to work weekends a must!

Successful candidatescan look forward to parts and accessories personnel management, hiring, development and mentoring staff, optimizing work flow and ensuring customer relations. Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 Annually
