APM Terminals North America, is part of the global terminal operating arm of the A.P. Moller-Maersk Group. As the world’s third largest terminal operator, APM Terminals (APMT) has container handling operations at over 50 terminals worldwide including 12 in North America. We are currently seeking an experienced professional to lead and manage the APMT North American Treasury department.

 

Working at our North American headquarters in Charlotte, NC, you will be responsible for performing cash management and funding activities, managing certain financial risks, and ensuring current/future staffing resources to meet the department’s essential functions. This will include investment and liquidity activities, managing banking relationships, coordinating funding requirements, preparing cash flow forecasts, ensuring loan compliance and reporting requirements are met, and securing letter of credit capacity and placement as needed. Position will involve occasional domestic and overseas travel.

 

This challenging opportunity requires a Bachelor’s degree in a Business field, international experience, and a minimum of 5-10 years of treasury and/or banking experience. Extensive knowledge of treasury activities is essential. Candidates must be highly analytical and possess strong organizational, leadership, interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel formatting) is required.
