We are currently seeking an Account Manager – Vest Airway Clearance System for our Northern Los Angeles territory.  We offer an excellent compensation package and comprehensive benefits, including: competitive salary, 401K, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance and tuition reimbursement.

 

JOB SUMMARY:  This person will oversee sales of the Vest Airway Clearance System through the development of new business, revenue generation and cost management utilizing Hill-Rom Home Care’s Selling Process.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Meet, if not exceed revenue forecast attainment.Effectively execute a territory business plan developed by thorough territory analysis, strategy development and implementation, which result in revenue generation.Schedule and complete daily customer sales calls, which enhance current business or explore new business opportunity.Establish a keen understanding and ability to communicate Hill-Rom’s competitive differentiation to enhance sales and convert competitive accounts.Execute corporate strategies in assigned regional, national and managed care accounts to ensure company vision.Effective preparation, presentation and follow up of sales and marketing programs focused on the customer’s concept.Develop a strong community network to enhance new business opportunities.  Manage Territory Operations.Support territory and region on call coverage to ensure customer satisfaction.Effective utilization and coordination of internal/external resources to achieve sales and territory profit goal.Complete company reports plans and projects.Effective and ongoing communication with all Hill-Rom employees to ensure customer satisfaction.Personally take responsibility to understand and comply with company and regulatory policies and procedures.Interact with professional state and local organizations to stay current on healthcare industry knowledge. Seek opportunities to continuously develop sales competencies.Assume a leadership role in regional projects. Complete assignments and presentations at regional meetings when directed.  Other duties may be assigned.



EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

 BA/BS degree preferred. 3-5 years top level sales performance.Proven sales experience in medical device or health care products industry preferred.Demonstrated Strategic Selling Skills (strategy development and execution).Direct and effective communication skills both oral and written.Proficient computer skills to include e-mail, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Overnight travel required.Valid Drivers License.
