Spherion has partnered with a national leader in the medical equipment industry, to identify an administrative professional to fill their Admin Functional Support 1 position at their Harrisburg, PA facility. This is a contract opportunity slated to last approximately eight weeks. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides a wide variety of administrative and staff support services to a department, plan, project or other organizational unit This includes running reports, pulling reports, data entry, data management, analysis, reporting/document control and file and record maintenance  Types and/or enters data into computer systems, using MS Excel and other software application packages Assists in the preparation of reports and statistics Assists in the maintenance of records and filing systems Performs simple, routine work within area of specialization Selects appropriate processes from clearly documented rules, past practices, or instruction Contacts are primarily with immediate manager and others in the group REQUIREMENTS: HS diploma or equivalent required Demonstrates correct understanding of routine aspects of work (clerical, administrative, reports, data entry, etc) 2 years of successful experience in area of responsibility Must be comfortable with repetitive work Successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge above Good computer skills, with strong MS Excel and Data Entry skills There's a possibility of working a 3rd shift; must be flexible with shift requirements   Ability to pass a drug test and a criminal background checkQualified candidates, please APPLY ONLINE today!
