Administrative Assistant-Clinical and Regulatory

Position:   Clinical and Regulatory Administrative AssistantReports to:   VP, Clinical & Regulatory ServicesScope:  Responsible for performing administrative and clerical duties for clinical and regulatory staff and supporting internal and external study needs

 

· Full administrative support to VP, Clinical and Regulatory, and other clinical staff as required; typing, faxing, filing, research, completion of expense reports, travel arrangements

· Manage medical supply, camera and other vendor accounts. Maintain contact with vendors and replenish study supplies and equipment on a monthly basis.

· Manage treatment room maintenance. Ensure rooms are cleaned and stocked daily and schedule special requests (i.e. shampoo rugs, painting, etc.)

· Maintain regulatory affairs documents/files

· Recruit, pre-screen and schedule potential subjects

· Maintain subject enrollment and visit logs

· Enter and validate clinical data, ensure legibility, completeness, and consistency of data

· Submit subject payments and other study-related invoices

· Provide study status and activity reports as required

· Conduct all aspects of the job with appropriate level of confidentiality and store documents carefully and preserve confidential informationRequirements:
