Ensures global Quality and Sarbanes Oxley compliance for Spare Parts Managementall equipment product lines in the following areas/regions:* Global forward stocking locations* Global central stocking locations* Global field service engineers* AMO internal Service Locations Responsible for all global service materials audit findings, compliance and root cause failure analysis for discrepancies. Manages ongoing global material purge for obsolete material.Ensures compliance with current FDA and ISO processes. Maintains global material management work instructions and SOX narrativesWorks with 3rd party logistics partners to achieve greater than 99% inventory accuracy at all times by utilizing appropriate inventory controls. Global compliance with notified body regulations –  30% Ensures company compliance with Sarbanes Oxley regulations. Ensures company compliance with FDA regulations. Ensures company compliance with ISO regulations.Maintains inventory accuracy at a rate of greater than 99% – 60% Maintain records to measure vendor performance and report to management. Reconcile inventory discrepancies at all inventory locations and report root cause. Submit reports as required to verify compliance.Maintains and distributes parts revision and part # database weekly  – 10% Purges inventory as needed globally. Monitor and Support Material ECN Activity.  Requirements: AS or equivalent in Inventory Management or technical. 5 years of experience in ERP reporting and tracking functions – preferably SAP experience. Experience with FDA, ISO & S-OX compliance – preferably in the medical device industry Must have experience with inventory management, materials management, forecasting, procurement, handling and processing. Must have the ability to analyze and reconcile inventory utilizing ERP systems to determine root cause of problems. Must be able to manipulate to analyze usage, costs, and performance. Experience with management of global cycle counting schedule with primary company and 3rd party logistics providers. Excellent technical writing and oral presentation skills. Must be fluent in English – impeccable grammar both written & oral. Strong leadership and teamwork skills a must.  Ability to solve, on a daily basis, a variety of reconciliation issues.  Professional appearance and the ability to interface with both technical and support personnel. Ability to work in a fast paced high pressure environment, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Great attitude – good work ethic.
