Associate Product Manager, Consumer

Align Technology, Inc. is a medical device company engaged in the design, manufacture and marketing of Invisalign®, the world’s leading invisible orthodontic product. Invisalign is a series of clear, removable aligners that both orthodontists and dentists use as a technique to give their patients a beautiful smile. With more than ten million unique aligners made to date, Align is one of the largest manufacturers of mass customized products in the world.

 

The Associate Product Manager will support marketing programs directed at end consumers (prospective and current patients) and identify opportunities to enhance them to be more effective. The right candidate will also serve as the technical and customer support liaison and be responsible for complex project management to insure smooth execution and tracking of several existing programs. Duties and Responsibilities:
• Coordinate Development of Online Campaigns and Projects.
o support development of strategic initiatives (invisalign.com, other web sites).
o coordinate efforts between outside developers and internal teams (ITG).
o liaison with internal stakeholders.• Manage implementation of direct marketing programs.
o oversee direct marketing vendors (direct mail, email, telemarketing).
o support Search Marketing campaigns.
o analyze direct marketing metrics and assure accuracy.• Support National Advertising Campaign.
o execute value-added advertising opportunities.
o maintain tracking database and assignment or phone #s/urls.
o provide customer support on campaigns or existing programs. Education and Experience:
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 3-4 Years Marketing Experience preferred.
• Customer service background with strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to successfully multi task projects.
• Web project experience.
• Medical device experience a plus but not required.
• Able to independently solve problems.
• Skilled at working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders (Sales, Doctors, Internal).
• Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
• Very detail oriented.
• Strong database and web understanding.
