BILINGUAL LATIN AMERICA/INTERNATIONAL MARKETING MANAGER/COORDINATOR (NOT SALES)

CANDIDATE LOCATION:  For this position, we seek ONLY candidates who live within commuting distance to Northern New Jersey.  Relocations are not being considered.   PURPOSE OF THIS JOB POSTING:  My client company, a global leader in medical imaging equipment for the healthcare industry, has asked me to identify candidates who have the following outlined experience, and who live within easy commuting distance of Northern New Jersey.  We seek bilingual English and Spanish candidates with Portuguese a plus.  We also seek experience that is either with medical imaging equipment, or that which is very closely related.   IMPORTANT NOTE:  The only experience I am seeking is that outlined below.  Please review very carefully and respond only if this is a very close match for both your experience and for your personal goals in what you want in your next career move.  There are no other related positions, and no other experience that will qualify.  I request that if you see a direct match to your experience, that you send your resume with a brief cover letter outlining your related experience.  This will distance your resume from the many received that are not a close match.  I will respond ASAP to those who are a direct match, but regret that I cannot acknowledge receipt of those resumes that are not.   JOB SUMMARY:  This will be a fun job for the right person.  You will be a part of a small team that handles sales into Latin America, Canada, and the Caribbean.  This person will wear several hats and provide supprt to the Latin America Sales Manager, the sales team, the international marketing team, and distributors in Latin America. The candidate we seek has experience doing this function.   WHAT THIS JOB IS NOT:It is not a sales manager or a sales position.  This recruiter does not have any sales or sales manager positions.  This is a marketing position that is full support of sales. REQUIREMENTS:  We seek experience as follows:  Knowledge of the medical imaging industry is a big plus.  Bi-lingual with English and Spanish.  Also having Portuguese is a big plus.  Marketing Degree is a plus.  Marketing experience is a must.  We seek someone who understands sales through distributors process in Latin America and South America.   The following is a listing of job functions:  Assist with the development of pricing strategies, balancing businesses objectives and customer satisfaction.  Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.  Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services, working with advertising and product managers. Assist management with product distribution, establishing distribution networks and developing distribution strategies.  Compile lists describing product or service offerings to include pricing and technical specifications.  Assist management with sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products and services, analyze business developments and monitoring market trends.
