The purpose of this position is to lead cross functional teams to create annual brand plan to deliver on share, revenue & operating income goals for assigned brand. Lead insights & business analysis ongoing & develop appropriate consumer, professional & channel strategies to drive brand growth. Coordinate execution of brand plan with centers of expertise. Lead, coach & train direct reports to ensure brand team is able to deliver on annual operating targets. Lead development of annual spending plan and ensure effectiveness, proactively adjusting as needed. Partner with global to develop brand consumer & professional positioning. Lead, develop & train direct reports.QualificationsMinimum Education Required:- MBA, or MS in Marketing, Business, or related discipline (or foreign equivalent).Minimum Experience/Skills Required;- 3 years Associate Brand Manager or equivalent experience. - 1 year in a marketing manager job, preferably in consumer brand management.
