Sr. Business Process/Systems Analyst

 

Primary Purpose:

As a valued member of the MIS team, this individual will be responsible for evaluating business process issues and help implement system changes. Develop and conduct training sessions for internal and field personnel on all ORACLE modules in both the ERP and the Customer Relationships Management (CRM) areas. Provide ongoing formal and non formal recurrent training as required to better integrate ORCLE into the daily work cycle across the organization. Responsible for all reporting as a follow up to training sessions. Additional duties include:Assists in special projects as part of the process definition, training post implementation support and auditing function. Provides application specific expertise for IT projects and ORACLE implementation across ZOLL Interfaces with all major support groups to implement order flows, processing rules and hierarchy. Provides knowledge resource support for users for various end user related tools. Provides Cross Functional and Cross Location Project Management Support for Process Improvement Projects and eventually for ADMIN training efforts.

 

Competencies:

To qualify for this position the candidate must have a Business Degree or equivalent with demonstrated experience in this discipline in addition to Excellent oral, written and organizational skills. Strong analytical and training skills; in-depth knowledge of ORACLE ERP Working knowledge of ORACLE CRM Project management skills.
