As our Senior Buyer/Planner, you will be responsible for the purchasing functions for the Equipment Service Center and ensure quality components are available for the point of consumption at the right time and cost. Your proactive and thorough approach will make you successful as you solicit quotes, create purchase orders, monitor open purchase orders, analyze variances of quality, price, and delivery. You will follow the Spacelabs inventory model and MFG Pro when determining the quantity of material to be purchased. Your excellent interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong, long standing relationships with factories and suppliers. The hands-on experience you bring will enable you to lead and direct the inventory and purchasing activities through our team of managers. Your expertise with operations and production will be valued and will contribute to your success in this outstanding company.
