Catheter Manufacturing Production Manager

Ideal candidate will drive the catheter production initiatives forward to evolve the company from clinical level to a best in class catheter production organization while ensuring that safe and high quality devices meet end user requirements.  Candidates primary responsibilities will include:

1)Assessing and delegating catheter assembly amongst team
2)Develop and implement action plans to support catheter production goals and initiatives
3)Design and implement formal training programs
4)Prepare, maintain, and advocate a process flow chart of the assembly line

Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree required (engineering preferred)
-Direct medical device production experience (catheter preferred)
-Knowledge of FDA QSR/ ISO 9000 regulatory requirements
-CER training and environmental requirements experience
-Ability to report on and manage detailed numerical metrics
-Excellent problem solving and process management skills
-Knowledge of catheter processes which includes the ability to analyze process for capability, propose changes to tooling, staffing, or methodology as necessary to meet production goals
-Expertise in LEAN Manufacturing and other continuous improvement methodologies
-Ability to think and act strategically
-Direct labor supervisory experience (day and/or swing shift)
