Clinical Marketing Manager

Cardiac Science is looking for a dynamic Clinical Marketing Manager.

Provide clinical expertise, program management and training design skills in support of the market development, clinical training and clinical application of diagnostic and therapy products including new product development and existing products.

Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following:

• Define and develop strategic clinical marketing strategies and programs which maximize revenue, profitability, and value to the customer.
• Monitor, assess and predict clinical trends and reimbursement trends that impact CSC core business.
• Plan, develop and deliver data driven and measurable clinical training programs for CSC customers and Sales.
• Provide CSC Sales clinical updates and sales tools for scientific articles that impact the sales of CSC products.
• Develop long-term relationships with national/global clinical leaders.
• Be an active member of Project Development Teams to ensure the ‘voice of the clinical customer’ is represented when working with Product Managers, Regulatory and Engineering. Support strategies and tactics to deliver against short and long term objectives.
• Support product introductions and releases to ensure a highly organized process in the field to maximize efficiencies.
• Manage activities of reimbursement consultants and provide timely updates to CSC Sales.
• Contribute to the preparation and implementation of short- and long-term Plans and Budgets based on based on Corporate Goals and Growth Objectives.

Education / Experience Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing and 5 years of diversified clinical experience. Experience in non-invasive diagnostic and/or defibrillation products strongly preferred. Masters in Nursing or Business Administration preferred.

• Prior experience in creating training curriculum, clinical materials and information. Must possess successful track record in clinical marketing, ideally in or related to the Med Device, B2B or the Pharma industry.

• AHA BLS or ACLS provider status preferred and maintained. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be acceptable.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, negotiation and prioritization and analytical skills.
• Working knowledge of FDA approval process.
• Excellent and demonstrable written communication skills.
• A demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to company values and ethics.
