Clinical Nurse Educator

· Serves as the clinical support/liaison for new account implementation, including site surveys, staff training, and equipment installation and follow-up.

· Provides education and training of nursing staff, key professionals and ancillary staff in the setup and use of the LG1 Vigilance system.

· Collaborates with Hoana field sales representatives to promote dialogue and acquire information from key hospital administrators (including but not limited to the CMO, CNO, and patient safety officer), related to the implementation of the LG1 product.

· Works with hospitals representatives to identify related policies in order to execute appropriate LG1 settings for the institution. 

· Participates in the development of training, sales and marketing materials.

· Takes initiative in offering ideas that reflect opportunities as determined by clinical needs, requirements, and adoption / acceptance of Hoana Medical product.

· Facilitates the flow of information to team members by providing pertinent information regarding customer satisfaction and opinions.

· Participates at tradeshows and conferences, as required.

· Ability to upsell LG1 systems into existing accounts where there are opportunities for expansion.

· Serves as a team player and role model for other employees of Hoana Medical,  always exhibiting traits of courtesy, caring, helpfulness and respect

· As a “face” of Hoana Medical, will conduct oneself in a service-oriented manner which is attentive, pleasant, cooperative, sensitive, respectful and kind when dealing with team members, visitors, the public and all others

· Performs other duties as assigned or required


QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS:Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. 5-10 years of clinical experience with demonstrated critical thinking/problem solving skills. Significant travel with extended periods of overnight and weekends required. Demonstrated ability to educate/train adult learners. Ability to assess the learning needs of the target audience. Demonstrated ability to set priorities to manage multiple tasks. A strategic, creative, goal-oriented approach and a good fit with the existing members of Hoana Medical.

· Creative skills that lead to innovative approaches to the implementation of medical devices.

· Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills. Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other required computer software tools.
