Contract Administrator

Position Description:
The primary purpose of this position is to champion, support and maintain Medrad’s Contract Management Procedure (“MCMP”) and MEDRAD’s myGCS contract management system. This position will serve as the Contract Administrator under the MCMP and educator on the MCMP and the myGCS contract management software. The individual will also provide general support for the Corporate Legal function, including risk management, corporate governance and litigation management support as needed. This position requires responsible and discrete handling of extremely sensitive Confidential and Attorney-Client Privileged information. (Mishandling of Confidential or Attorney-Client Privileged information can result in dire legal consequences for MEDRAD, particularly in the event of litigation).Technical and Behavioral Requirements:1. Bachelor’s degree in a business or professional field of study required2. Experience negotiating, drafting and effecting compliance with contracts3. Experience with corporate insurance requirements as well as general corporate law4. Excellent administration/organizational skills5. Strong customer focus and communication skills as demonstrated by the ability to interact with internal customers across functions and external customers, and dispense value added contract advice, as well as deliver recommendations for independent legal analysis to the attorneys6. Strong competency in Integrity and Trust and Ethics and Values required7. Excellent written and oral communication skills8. Prefer some corporate governance support experience, including incorporation/formation of entities, preparation of minutes and resolutions, familiarity and processing of corporate filings, and dialoging with clients about corporate governance requirements9. Prefer some involvement in the management and conduct or support of corporate due diligence reviews10. Prefer some experience with litigation management support.
