Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and advanced sourcing techniques to identify candidates and "leave no stone unturned". Source passive candidates through referrals, networking, internet searches, etc. Generate qualified candidates through Direct Sourcing (Cold Calling) via telephone and/or email. Utilize a large internal resume database for the sourcing and tracking of candidates. Screen candidates for availability, interest level, salary range, relocation needs, etc. Get to know the industry and apply knowledge of the marketplace to help fill positions. Bachelor's Degree required A mix of 3-7 years of agency and corporate recruiting experience is ideal. Exceptional 3rd party recruiters looking to “break in” to corporate recruiting are strongly encouraged to apply. Medical device or Pharmaceutical industry experience strongly preferred. Interest and aptitude for learning highly technical subject matter. Professional, high energy, engaging personality that comes across over the telephone. Highly articulate. Well-developed, effective written and verbal communication skills used to gather information and engage potential candidate's interest in Edwards. Comfortable cold-calling and making numerous telephone calls. Results-oriented mindset (high sense of urgency, determination, tenacity, etc.) Ability to present the Edwards story in a compelling manner. Excellent negotiating skills coupled with strong ability to handle objections effectively.
