We are seeking Contract Specialists!

Job Duties:

The Contract Specialist manages the contracting functions for specific sales associates. Negotiates exceptions to pricing policy and agreement terms within specified parameters. Works closely with field sales on a daily basis to administer contracting policy and assist with the development of the financial and legal aspects of agreements.

This role is responsible for, but not limited to:

 

· Understand, interpret and enforce contract-related policies and procedures.

· Develop financial models and analyses.

· Draft contract revisions, letters of understanding and modifications to agreements.

· Develop creative solutions to customer pricing and contracting issues.

· Insure that credit and collection issues are appropriately considered in all transactions. 

· Support field sales in the contract negotiation process

· Clarify standard terms and conditions for customers

· Assist salesperson in the development of a negotiation strategy.

· Review and approve all customer correspondence containing contractual obligations.

· Research and resolve contract related problems impacting collection.

 

Requirements:

 

· BA, BS or equivalent with business, management or finance emphasis. 

· 2+ years in a related field, leasing or healthcare industry experience preferred.

· Candidates must be critical and analytical thinkers.

· Candidate must have vendor negotiation experience and understanding of business documents.

· Strong situational problem solving skills

· Ability to manage competing priorities

· Excellent communication skills.
