SUMMARY

The Marketing Communications Copywriter writes content for a variety of marketing communications materials, including web content, marketing collateral, advertisements, media articles, email campaigns and corporate communications. Some project management is required.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

 

· Collaborates with creative team to develop concepts and themes for a variety of marketing campaigns

· Collaborates with product managers and other project requestors to identify key messaging and direction

· Plans and manages online marketing campaigns

· Performs basic web editing as necessary

· Interacts with international eBusiness team to stay abreast of regional online communications developments

· Collaborates with cross-functional teams to define and achieve communications objectives

· Proofreads and ensures that communications materials meet established quality standards for department approval process

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university and four to six years experience in marketing or communications-related field. Background in online marketing preferred.
