Corporate Account Manager - Sleep Initiatives

SUMMARY

Responsible for selling, developing internal/external relationships, and providing ResMed sales, marketing, & clinical teams with leadership, direction, and communication for designated Sleep Initiatives customers by performing the following duties.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

 

· Manage designated Sleep Initiatives accounts.

o  Solidifies business relationships at the national, regional, and local levels as appropriate to ensure company products and/or services are key parts of the customers business and revenue generating plans

o  Understand our customers business in order to identify and support their strategic plans

o  Access opportunities to develop/create programs for our customers that support growth of the sleep centers referrals, improve operational efficiencies, and create market differentiation

o  Develop follow-up programs that drive accessory replacement business

o  Teach sleep centers how to expand their market share and create market differentiation

o  Identify and develop sleep center relationships through value proposition selling, the development of new contracts and market growth via referral sources

· Will work with the Director of Sleep Initiatives, Senior Sales Management team, District Managers, and other key departments to build/develop the relationship and sales with our key Sleep Initiatives accounts.

· Elicit feedback from the Senior Sales Management team Regional Vice Presidents (RVP’s), and District Managers (DM’s) to identify customer and market needs.

· Create/update the Sleep Initiatives Corporate Account Profiles.

· Generate and analyze the sales reports necessary to communicate solid direction and leadership to the sales force as it relates to your accounts.

· Maintain high knowledge level of the existing tools, services, and programs designed to assist our partners in the marketplace.

· Maintain close working relationship with the Senior Sales Management team, DM’s/TM’s. Marketing department, Clinical Department, Accounting Department, Legal Council team, and other departments as directed by the Director of Sleep Initiatives. 

· Implement processes and activities to achieve the company’s strategic plan.

· Effectively manage your Sleep Initiatives Corporate Accounts budget and time in order to be cost-efficient with travel.

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university; and/or a minimum of seven (7) years successful medical sales or equivalent combination of education and experiences.  Prior Corporate Accounts sales/marketing, Sleep Lab and management experience is highly preferred.
