Customer Account Representative

 

 

Job Purpose:

 

The basic requirement of a Customer Account Representative is to at all times process and understand the status of all sales orders, purchase orders, shipment/delivery of import containers, and shipment /delivery of all orders, and finally inventory pertaining  to the Client/Account’s product.  The representative is the conduit between the customer and management of Fortunique.  Working with medical materials management is a plus.

 

Basic Duties:

·  Confirmation and entry of Sales Orders from Customers into MRP computer system.

·  Creation of purchase orders/work orders to China for production.

·  Creation of picking orders/sheets for weekly shipments.

·  Completion any other documents needed for Customer receipt of products.

·  Create Excel analysis spreadsheets on Customer product usage.

·  Help customers to troubleshoot status and delivery of sales orders.

·  Help Fortunique Management to determine and solve supply chain and accounts receivable issues with Customers.

 

Skills, Experience, Education Requirements:

 

Skills:  Must be detailed oriented and have exceptional experience with all Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook).  Must be a self motivator with analytical problem solving skills.  Strong telephone and customer service skills are required. 

 

Experience:  Experience in the medical device manufacturing or distribution field is required.  Supply Chain and inventory reconciliation experience is a plus.  Minimal filing and records keeping experience is required. 

 

Education:  Bachelors or associate degree in Business, Material Management, or related field.
