Customer Service

Pacific Medical Repair, a leader in the Endoscopic Repair Industry, seeks to hire an energetic customer service person who wants to grow with and be valued by a fast paced organization.

 

General Over-View

The responsibilities for the candidate selected include: managing customer quotes from receipt to delivery and communicating with internal and external customers and staff.  The ideal candidate will have experience within a medical environment; possess the ability to coordinate daily routine with shop personnel; pleasantly meet any customer requirements; be competent at resolving delivery issues; communicate well with sales staff to synchronize transportation of equipment; and work in harmony with management team.  He or she will provide clients with necessary documentation and manage activities and details in the customer database.

 

Skills/Abilities/Duties and Requirements

·         Proficient with QuickBooks Pro and a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

·         Handle incoming telephone calls

·         Ability to read, interpret and discuss information with various customers

·         Ability to review clients needs and update account information in QuickBooks.

·         Provide and follow-up with timely and accurate customer quotes via E-mail

·         Results oriented with great attention to detail

·         Positive, professional, customer service demeanor

·         Ability to successfully multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

·         Strong interpersonal skills

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Strong organizational / filing skills

·         Independent judgment and decision-making skills

·         High school diploma
