Customer Service Manager

Join a growing, global company genuinely committed to making a difference for our customers and communities.Customer Service Manager  Responsibilities Accurately forecasts and implements goals for the businessSupervises and manages workflow, interaction with internal and external customers and customer service staffProvides leadership, coaching, motivation and development for direct reportsRecruits and trains new customer service department staffDevelops and maintains department budgetEnsures timely and accurate disposition of all incoming ordersDevelops business plans to set and achieve forecasted goals for the business Bachelor of Science (BS) or Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required Business, manufacturing or related fields preferred Minimum three years experience in a customer service role Minimum three to five years of supervisory experience in addition to the ability to manage projects and project teams Detail oriented with with adept business sense and the ability to direct employees towards meeting the company's objectives and goals A high degree of analytical thinking, problem solving, and the ability to deal effectively and rapidly with complex concepts required Ability to multi-task Excellent organizational skills Flexibility to readily adapt to change Strong Microsoft Office skills required
